Apartment in Palma de Mallorca

The project carried out a complete transformation, changing the distribution of the different rooms and enlarging existing windows and doors in the search for natural light and a feeling of spaciousness in the whole flat.

The spaces were designed to be uncluttered, where the air flows thanks to cross ventilation; the lines are pure and clean in order to create an ambience of equilibrium and harmony, ideal to show art to an advantage.

The choice of materials is limited, but of the highest quality: The vertical faces of the interior of the flat are all painted white, glass is used to separate rooms and white quartz in bath and wet rooms.

The use of reclaimed wood on the floors throughout the flat contrasts with the neutrality of the vertical faces.
